Ever wondered what to do with all those old 8mm cine film reels you found in the loft?
No Problem, send the tapes to us. We will transfer them to VHS tape or DVD, so you may watch them at your leisure.
The basic duplication will be a straight transfer of your recording on to your chosen finished movie media. We can also supply you with a professionally finished movie, by editing, applying transitions, titles and end credits. This will cut out all the unwanted clips of your movie, make it flow from beginning to end and have useful information supplied for you to remember when and where it was shot. If you choose to have the movie on DVD, then we can also insert a menu and chapter points for you, just the same as in commercially bought DVD's.

The production of a movie from cine film is quite a complicated process, and the final quality is very much down to the quality of the recorded material and how well the film has been looked after over the years. We will price your project on the understanding that the film is in a useable condition. If it is suffering from the problems of age, for example it has snapped, there is an extra charge for any splicing done, which will be at our standard hourly charge for this type of work. If we feel the quality of the end product is going to suffer we will contact you before putting you to any extra expense and allow you to decide how far we will go with the project. For this type of transfer we do not use individual scanning of frames and digital reproduction. This is a very expensive process, which if you wish to undertake, we can point you in the direction of some reputable firms.
